Dr. S.V. Kotwal is one of the most experienced and famous Urologists in India.
He has a thriving experience of more than 39 years and has executed one of the largest personal series of PCNL in North India which is nearly 4000 and 300 renal transplants.
Dr. Kotwal completed his M.B.B.S. from esteemed Grant Medical College, Bombay University & M.S. (Gen. Surgery) from Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. Following which he did his M.Ch. (Urology) from the well-known All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi.
He has pioneered microsurgery in the Armed Forces and has a vast experience of Uro-Oncology and Pediatric Urology.
Dr. Kotwal has executed numerous complex genito-urinary reconstructive operations comprising the very recent ‘sex change’ or ‘sex reassignment’ surgery.
He has got the honor to conduct many successful operative workshops all over the country.
Dr. Kotwal is a known postgraduate teacher for MS (General Surgery) and M.Ch (Urology) Degrees at the University of Pune and MS Degree at Delhi University.
